STATEMENT OF RETRACTION: On April 20th 2010 a user logged on to our HostStore review and posted a negative review of the company; to us the review at that time seemed legitimate, so acting in good faith and promoting "The Freedom of Speech" we did not delete the user review. Since that date the BBB marked the claim as "resolved" stating that HostStore made efforts of good faith to resolve the conflict. In light of this recent update (made known to us by HostStore attorneys) we have removed this negative review made by a third-party user, not a member of AlreadyHosting.com. AlreadyHosting.com takes a neutral stand on HostStore.com, users are encouraged to do their research on the company from external resources prior to making a purchase.
