I find this review to complete almost true but I would like to note a few things. JustHost.com customer support is not that bad; however, you do have to wait 5 or so minutes on hold before you get support. The hosting package is not bad at all; in fact, I was really impress with the free bonuses that I go when I sign up at JustHost.com. I am very pleased with the deal that I got when I signed up for this hosting, I only had to pay $3.95 a month! I am a lot more please with this host than I was with my previous host, and I would gladly suggest them to any of my friends. Other than having to wait on hold for like 5 minutes, I have nothing bad to say about JustHost.com. I have been with them for like a year of so and my site has never gone down.
If I were to give a JustHost.com review I would give them a 8.5 out of 10.
